I’m unsure if this custom Batman statue is from the Frank Miller Dark Night Returns storyline.  It sure looks like it based on the pics.  While I’m not an expert on that storyline, it’s a retired Bruce Wayne who’s fed up and comes back with a vengeance breaking rules the younger Batman wouldn’t have.  I used to own a Prime 1 Studio 1/3 scale version of that.  Review HERE.

While I could be completely wrong about this, it sure looks like it based on the hunch, costume and blood.  And personally, I love it.  It’s a great 1/4 (I’m assuming) rendition.  However, I’m not sure of the base.  Sewer is a little weird and hate the museum sub base.

Will be interesting to see if this gets made and how popular or unpopular it would be.
